Put both the Shaman application and the Shaman Help file in the same location/folder (which is how everything should look when you decompress the Shaman archive) and run Shaman. Go to the Balloon Help menu and you should see an item appended to it entitled "Shaman Help". Select this item and you will be given a tour of Shaman, which you can save to a TeachText file for offline browsing.
If you don’t see the “Shaman Help” item, Shaman was unable to load online help because:
a) the Shaman Help file wasn't in the same location/folder as the Shaman application;
b) Shaman didn't have enough memory to open the Shaman Help file. Shaman needs 100K of memory allocated to the application to open the Help file.
